Today we had our first educational visit at Northern Parade junior school. The classroom was turned into a chocolate factory and we taught 93 year 5 pupils how to temper chocolate, pipe fillings and dip and roll their indulgent truffles. The children each went home with a box of chocolates that they had designed themselves. We did some mindful chocolate tasting and the children thoroughly enjoyed the quality control part! All the pupils were very well behaved and we had a great day expanding their chocolate knowledge.
