Chocolate Tempering Masterclass

Due to popular demand we are now running a 4hr tempering workshop. 

You will learn the key skill of basic chocolate making know how, using only the best Belgian chocolate. In this hands-on class a Chocolatier will guide and teach you the tabling, seeding and microwave method, producing a selection of wonderful shiny, good snap tasty treats.

This chocolate experience is designed for anyone wanting to gain more knowledge, tricks of the trade and continue their new found skills at home.

Refreshments and print outs included as well as some serious chocolate tasting!

There will also be an opportunity to buy Belgian chocolate callets if you wish. 

All materials and equipment is included in the price.
