The team behind Choc & Truffle: 

Kerry and Claire joined forces in February 2016 to combine Claire’s love of everything sweet and Kerry’s flair for creativity — it seemed a perfect combination to start a new chocolate venture in a market which was crying out for innovative and inspirational designs in their local area. 

Having trained at the world-renowned Callebaut chocolate academy in Oxfordshire, they were eager to put their training into practice and set up a purpose-built studio in the heart of Hampshire.

Supporting the farmers’ co-operatives, they pride themselves on using the finest Belgian chocolate, which contains no vegetable fat or palm oil, promoting gluten-free and vegan-suitable whenever possible.

Every chocolate is handcrafted in small batches to ensure care and attention is given to each masterpiece they create, whether dipped, piped, or poured. They endeavour to make your chocolate experience 100% enjoyable and memorable.

Knowing how much fun it is to work with chocolate, they couldn’t leave you out! Choc & Truffle run a variety of different workshops to cater for all your chocolate needs. Whatever your age, there’s a workshop for you, ranging from team-building and educational events to special occasions or just an indulgent treat.
